A 2-part series that will equip students with tools for tackling depression and tracking changing moods while building long-term coping skills. We will review Mindful Cognitive Behavioral techniques that will teach students how begin identifying their thought patterns and managing their feelings. This workshop is much like a classroom setting; we share PowerPoints and periodically process student's experiences, but no student is required to show their face or speak if they do not feel comfortable. This is a great space for students with no previous group or workshop experience and want to try it out.

We welcome persons with disabilities and will provide reasonable accommodations upon request. Please contact us at tamjadi@sfsu.edu as soon as possible so your request may be reviewed.

*Students must register using their SFSU email account. *

*This workshop is not appropriate for anyone who is experiencing a desire to self-harm.
